"We will create something from nothing." We have taken action based on this idea and changed people's impression of ramen store. It took us about 3 years to complete "Bariuma" under an idea of creating a ramen business that foresees the 21st century.
Then we completed a new version of "Bariuma" featuring soy sauce flavored pork and chicken bone ramen to further promote our brand.
Bariuma has grown steadily under a new management system of the head office.
We also created new brands "Torinosuke" featuring chicken paitan ramen" and "Fuunmaru" featuring rich dipping noodles with the aim for us to promote these 3 brands simultaneously. Now our brands have grown competitive enough to survive in a severe ramen industry.
